Double suspended system is adopted at the top of the balance structure, which balances the force, by avoiding the unbalanced load problem existing in the traditional backpack-like structure. The system can ensure smoother operation with lower noise and easier, maintenance and thus prolongs the service life of the elevator. Through independent research, TRANS has upgraded its H series elevators which are equipped with higher strength and practicability by replacing the wire rope with steel belt.
The large contact surface between the steel belt and the motor permit the efficient transmission.

Steel belt broken wire detection system
In order to further guarantee the customers’ safety, H series elevator adopts the detection system for steel wire rope by fixing the detector on both ends of the steel belt. If any wire rope is broken, the detector loop will be disconnected and feed back the information to the control cabinet which will immediately disconnect the power and stop the operation to ensure the passengers’ safety.

In this circuit, when the wire rope is broken, the circuit is cut out and the controller makes the elevator stop operating.
Braking devices
Braking devices are installed at the bottom and top of H Series elevator for maintenance and safety. The UKT switch is in action when it is close to the counterweight guardrail during normal operation. While maintaining the elevator, the service technician loosens a bolt and then spin the device out. By doing so, Safety circuit is disconnected.
